	CEE :	The Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation made up of a consortium of efficiency program administrators from across the U.S. and Canada who work together on common approaches to advancing efficiency.
	ACEEE :	The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing energy efficiency as a means of promoting economic prosperity, energy security, and environmental protection.
	APEC :	The Association of Professional Energy Consultants (APEC) is an Illinois nonprofit association, providing a regional resource of unbiased energy information.
	Commonwealth Edison :	ComEd provides incentives for businesses and residential energy efficiency programs for customers located in the ComEd service territory.
	ILLINOIS DCEO :	Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
	Illinois DCEO's Bureau of Energy and Recycling, Division of Recycling and Waste Reduction :	Provide resources needed to implement waste reduction, recycling, and composting methods as alternatives to landfill disposal.
	Energy Education Council :	Illinois electricity information and education collaborative of investor-owned utilities, electric cooperatives, electric municipalities and the University of Illinois-Extension.
	IL Clean Energy Community Foundation :	An independent foundation that supports programs and projects that will improve energy efficiency, develop renewable energy resources and preserve and enhance natural areas and wildlife habitats throughout the state.
	SEDAC :	The Smart Energy Design Assistance Center (SEDAC) is sponsored by the DECO and provides valuable services at no cost to for-profit businesses and public facilities.
	BOC :	The Building Operator Certification (BOC) is a competency-based training and certification program that educates facility operators and managers on energy efficiency for all aspects of building management and maintenance.
